8Temporary barricades. Doors connecting Charter School with areas under renovation will be kept locked and, to the maximum practical degree when unlocked, will be supervised by construction personnel, in order to keep students and other unauthorized persons from wandering into construction areas. Temporary barricades will be erected in areas having no doors as is appropriate to secure the areas.
9Crowd control. It was declared that during construction, notwithstanding efforts by the contractor to provide for the safety of students, teachers, and visitors, when school is in session adjacent to areas under renovation, the Charter School has the ultimate responsibility for control of students and specifically for keeping students out of construction areas. Liaison between Charter School and contractor should questions arise is responsibility of Lincoln, and under control of Ralph Hammond.
10Finished classrooms. Finished classrooms are not to be released by contractor to Charter School for occupancy until so specifically authorized by Lincoln University Administration.
